Having spent decades embedded within the industry, Jodi served as a primary contractor and software expert for Ortho2, mastering the architecture of Ortho2 Edge Cloud from the inside out. Her elite technical expertise is uniquely balanced by a decade of hands-on experience as an in-office, full-time orthodontic business manager. For several of those years, she successfully served in a dual role as both business manager and treatment coordinator. This rare combination of software mastery and front-line clinical administration allows her to understand exactly how software choices impact day-to-day office operations, practice revenue, and case acceptance.
Jodi's extensive career spans key offices across Oregon, California, and Florida, giving her personal insight into a wide demographic of patients and families. Most recently in Miami, she navigated highly complex practice dynamics, specializing in managing care and communication for international patients. This experience equipped her with a unique, refined skillset required to handle diverse cross-border logistics, distinct financial arrangements, and elevated service expectations.
